I begin my first note to you as Executive Director of the Pink Granite Foundation by echoing a sentiment shared by Amy in her December message to you: my heart is full of gratitude and pride.

I carry immense gratitude for irreplaceable friends like Hope & Amy, whom I worked alongside as we build this foundation piece by piece in that first year. Gratefulness for the incredible women I have met over the last six years who have in turn become cherished friends. Gratefulness for long standing friendships that I have witnessed immerse themselves into the Pink Granite community, becoming a leader and mentor to so many other women. And above all else, I hold a deep sense of pride for what the Pink Granite Foundation has become and the impact we continue to make. It is a feeling that is truly without limit.

2026 will be a great year for our Foundation – and I say “our” because this organization belongs to each of you who makes the work Pink Granite does possible. The board of directors and I look forward to seeing you in the coming weeks and months to continue to build on what are today – a foundation built by women, for women.
