Recognizing an experienced professional in the Texas Capitol community — whether as staff, lawmaker, lobbyist, consultant, etc.— who has notably championed fellow women around the pink dome while making substantial contributions to the State of Texas.
Legacy Award
Honoring a nominee in the earlier stages of her career who is achieving remarkable feats while supporting her fellow women engaged in Texas politics and policy endeavors at the same time.
Rising Star Award
Nominated by a participant in our annual mentorship program, our Mentor of the Year is the woman who goes the extra mile to help her mentee develop professionally. Mentors of the Year must be nominated by her mentee in order to receive this award.
